Our Building Process

First Consultation:

MandA Homes offers a free first consultation meeting with you to discuss your plans and ideas for your new home building project.

Second Phase Consultation:

After the initial meeting, MandA Homes will contract with you to provide a detailed description of work, plans, and costs associated with your project. This contract fee will be incorporated into your final estimated cost should you decide to proceed with MandA Homes for the completion of your home project.

Work in Process:

From start to finish MandA homes provides a comprehensive construction schedule outlining the timeline for each phase of the project as well detailed tracking of all costs associated with that phase.

Final Stage:

MandA Homes' number one goal is to ensure their client's satisfaction. We work hard to bring your project to fruition and make sure it is done on time and on budget. Our objective is for our clients to love their home, to be 100% satisfied, and to refer us to their family and friends.
