MandA Homes evolved from M&A Enterprises, Inc. Mark Duffy, General Contractor and owner, and Andrea Duffy, started the business in 1983 remodeling homes in the Seattle area. Mark gained the majority of his experience tackling extremely challenging projects involving very old, classic Seattle homes. Often the projects were on small, tight and environmentally sensitive lots. It was through this invaluable practice that Mark became an expert at innovative and workable ideas for all his client's projects, no matter how formidable.

Mark has remodeled and built homes all over the greater Seattle area as well as in many areas in Eastern Washington. He is adept at working in many different counties and municipalities. His background in engineering and extensive experience in the construction field enables him to bring artistic and workable ideas to his clients designs. He has a proven track record for bringing cost savings to his clients by providing creative suggestions and alternatives to their project designs and plans. Mark has the ability and know-how to make your project unique, personal, and beautiful.

His expertise in waterfront and other sensitive area properties also ensures for his clients the highest level of service with environmentally safe green building practices. With over 35 years of experience, Mark Duffy has done virtually every type of new construction and remodeling project. Now MandA Homes has expanded to proudly serve the Chelan and Wenatchee area east of mountains in Washington State.
